REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TOWN OF CHATHAM, MA
MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CHATHAM SEASIDE LINKS GOLF COURSE
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, the Town of Chatham is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or businesses interested in managing the Chatham Seaside Links Golf Course, a municipal 9-hole golf course of approximately 42.9 acres located near the central business area of the Town.
Copies of the proposal guidelines may be obtained from the Chatham Town Hall, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m., by calling 508-945-5102 or emailing snealy@chatham-ma.gov.
The Town will accept sealed proposals at the Chatham Town Hall no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2010. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids when it deems it to be in the best interest of the Town.
