These aerial photographs (1/7/07 - 4/10/09) of the Morris Island Channel and the Southway in Chatham show the extent of shoaling which has been taking place over the years.  From the "G - Z" buoy, there is currently very little water.   Please use extreme caution if you find it necessary to transit this area.  As this is an ever-changing area, we will be moving buoys as needed and currently there is approximately 4.5 - 5' of water @ MHW and approximately 1 - 1.5' @ MLW  from buoys "A - G" (will vary throughout)  Know what your vessel draws!
