The Chatham Historical Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Town Hall Annex, Lower Level - Committee Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

Application No. 12-001: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to the Notice of Intent to Demolish a Historic Building or Structure located at 2684 Main Street, filed by Eastward Companies, 155 Crowell Road, Chatham, MA 02633.
Application No. 12-002: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to Notice of Intent of Partial Demolition of a Historic Building or Structure located at 124 Old Harbor Road, filed by Timothy Smith, Minglewood Homes, Inc., 1281 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633, for owners Steve & Susan West, P.O. Box 703, Chatham, MA 02633. The applicant proposes to construct an addition to the existing dwelling.
