Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) are the official maps of a community on which FEMA has delineated both the special hazard areas and the risk premium zones applicable to the community. These maps have been updated as part of FEMA's Map Modernization Program. Hardcopies are available for viewing in the Chatham Community Development office. The effective date of these maps is June 16, 2011.
