Summer Residents Advisory Committee
Minutes of Meeting of June 22, 2007
Present: Don Edge, Jill MacDonald, Roy Sheldon and Peter Tarrant.
Also Present: The Honorable Douglas Bohman
The meeting was called to order by chairman Don Edge at 9:05 AM and immediately adjourned because of a lack of a quorum.
The following Agenda items were discussed:
1. Topics, Speakers and publicity for the Summer Town Meeting.
2. Topics and Speakers for the Committee's regular meetings.
3. Sub-committees will be asked for recommendations on possible
topics for position statements or recommendations. All members
should be thinking about this in anticipation of further discussion
at our next meeting.
4. Committee structure and recruitment of new members.
The Committee's next meeting will be on Friday, July 6, 2007, at 9:00 AM at the Town Offices. Bill Hinchey and Jennifer Petit will be at the meeting to discuss further implentation of the Capital Facilities Plan and Town Finances.
