Minutes
The full Chatham Board of Selectmen met with the full Orleans Board of Selectmen on Thursday, January 17, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Orleans V.F.W. Building for the purpose of discussing North Beach.
The Boards jointly discussed both the Chatham Beach Management Plan and the proposed Intermunicipal Agreement for North Beach.
After considerable discussion, the two boards unanimously agreed on language for the Intermunicipal Agreement, including an 85/15% split of revenues. The agreed upon language will be further amended by both respective Town Counsels and placed back before both boards for ratification.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
