Appeal No. 03-079: Wise Living, LLC, P.O. Box 785, Chatham, MA 02633, owner of property located at Lot 37,

Main Street, also shown on Assessors' Book Page 11E as Lot 37. The appellant has withdrawn this appeal; a proposal

to construct a 29-unit Independent Living Facility on the subject property. The public hearing scheduled for August 7, 2003,

at 2:00 p.m., at the Town Annex Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham, has therefore been cancelled.
