Construction of Volunteer Park Playground 

The Town of Chatham is accepting bids for the Construction of Volunteer Park Playground, located at 196 Sam Ryder Road, Chatham, MA.                           

The project scope includes:                            

The Town of Chatham is seeking a qualified contractor (OSHA training certification required) to complete the Project. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services required in accordance with the project’s descriptions.

All bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

Bids must be received on or before 2:00 p m on Friday, June 16, 2023, at the Chatham Town Offices at which time and place they will be opened and read. The Town of Chatham reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids and award contracts in the best interest of the Town of Chatham.
