For conducting town business (not COVID-19 vaccine) in-person appointments in Town Offices resume Tuesday, March 2nd. Appointments are avialable Tuesdays 1:00pm - 3:00pm or Thursdays 9:00am - 11:00am by contacting the respective Department/employee. Massachusetts Announces New Vaccine Appointment Pre-registration Process Begining Friday, March 12th, click here for info. (03/10/21) Note you do not need to be in one of eligible groups to pre-register. Everyone can pre-register and you’ll be in the queue based on your eligibility. Also note that the pre-registration is only applicable to the State’s mass vaccination sites at this time (i.e. Dartmouth, Gillette, Fenway, etc.). Sites like CVS, Walgreens, Barnstable County (4 C’s) may be added going forward; so, if you’re looking for one of those locations now continue checking their sites.

Please note, it may take several weeks to get an appointment at a location near you. As more vaccine supply arrives in Massachusetts, additional appointments will become available.
Individuals must present proof of their eligibility to receive the vaccine. Some sites require individuals to attest to their eligibility as part of the online appointment scheduling process. All other sites will accept the Commonwealth’s Self Attestation form, which can be filled out online. Residents should be prepared to present this form in a hard copy or electronically at their appointment.

Please note: It has come to DPH attention that a malicious website pretending to be a live map for Coronavirus COVID-19 Global Cases by Johns Hopkins University is circulating on the internet waiting for unwitting internet users to visit the website. Visiting the website infects the computer with an information stealing program which can ex-filtrate a variety of sensitive data. Furthermore, anyone searching the internet for a Coronavirus map could unwittingly navigate to this malicious website. 03-12-20
