The Massachusetts State Building Code (780 CMR Tenth Edition) now requires short-term rentals to be inspected by the Building Department on an annual basis.  It is the responsibility of the building owner to meet the inspection requirements for continued use and occupancy.  Please apply for your Residential Certificate of Inspection by clicking the link above.
